From CNN.com, "Teens locked up for life without a second chance." It is against the law to sentence a teenager to death for a crime, but should it also be against the law to sentence a teenager to life in prison with no chance for parole? Do teenagers have the cognitive ability to understand the consequences of their behaviors? What other sentence would be more appropriate?
